Refunds & Returns

HOW TO RETURN

  • Returns are eligible for store credit only. No Refunds.
  • We do not accept exchanges. You may return your item for store credit and then repurchase another size/style if necessary.
  • A return process must be started within 2 days of receiving the item(s). Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair and smoke-free.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any items that are sent back to us that are not within our return policy standards will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
  • Seasonal/holiday items, VIP sale tees, Local High School tees, DTF transfers and items discounted 30% or higher can NOT be returned.
  • Shipping will never be refunded.

Please note, we have model sizing listed in product descriptions and/or at the top of collection pages. We are not responsible for any return cost on tees that do not fit as buyer wanted.

Note: Returns are only accepted when the item has not been used or washed and in the same condition that you received it. If your return goes against our return policy, it will be denied and you will be responsible for paying the postage necessary to send it back to you.

Order Cancellation

Due to the nature of our company being a made to order company, orders cannot be cancelled and/or edited. No exceptions. Please double check your order before completing your purchase.

Lost Packages

   If your package is lost in transit with USPS, please reach out to your local USPS to locate the package and/or to start a claim.
