Shipping Policy
Orders ship in 10-15 business days. This will not include 2-7 days processing time and weekends, holidays or actual shipping time once it gets handed to the shipping carrier. Large orders of 5+ items and wholesale orders can take longer processing time to ship.
You will receive an email from us with tracking within 24 hours of fulfillment. Please allow 24-48 for the post office to reflect transit.
***We are not responsible for lost packages or wrong addresses. No refunds or credit will be issued for packages delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please double check the address before placing your order. If you list your incorrect address and/or for any reason due to the buyer we receive your package back at our warehouse, we will issue you store credit for the items you purchased only (shipping will not be refunded). No refunds will be issued for incorrect addresses. ****
Meowik is NOT responsible for any delivery delays because of carrier shipping delays. Please understand there is absolutely nothing we are able to do to make your package arrive faster once it has been dropped off for shipment. If you have any questions as to the whereabouts of your package once it has left our shop, please contact the shipping carrier. If your package is lost within the USPS system, please file a claim with USPS. We can not locate this for you once it is in their possession. Store credit may be issued for lost items, but full refunds will not be issued once a package leaves our warehouse and shows delivery via USPS.
