Billing Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

The Company to which the order for the purchase has been given. Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order.

Goods or services refer to the product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order with the seller.

2. Payment

All payments are due upon completion of the order. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard. We also accept PayPal as a form of payment.

3. Shipping Policies

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount calculated by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item including shipping will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping costs may increase if shipping internationally or on rush orders. Additional shipping will be charged for orders shipped outside of USA. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible. The seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the services or materials it supplies the buyer.

Cancellation

An order may be canceled up until payment has been processed. Once the payment is processed, the buyer is responsible for the payment.

Complaints

Any complaints about items or the seller should be submitted to our support team. Please email meowik.store@gmail.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually and the seller will be in contact.

How do I apply a discount, use my gift card or apply my rewards points?

To apply a discount code, gift card code, coupon or your rewards points simply go to your shopping cart, choose “checkout” and on the right side of the screen will be the total cost of your order. Above the subtotal and shipping costs there will be a space where you can enter in your discount code or gift card code as well as a space that will show your rewards points available and a button to apply the points to your purchase.

Can I apply a discount after my order is placed?

We unfortunately cannot apply discounts to an order after it has been placed, the code must be added by the customer when they go to check out and make the payment. We also cannot combine discounts for an order. Be sure to apply your discounts before you purchase!

How long do refunds take to process?

If for any reason Meowik has issued you a refund, expect to see the refund back to your account/card in about 3 -5 business days.

We process all orders in USD.

While the content of your cart is displayed in any other currencies, you will check out using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Legalities

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the goods or services. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.

Any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the site owner’s state.
