Refunds & Returns
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for store credit only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of pet hair, odors, and stains
- In original condition and packaging
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

If the returned item does not meet our return criteria, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Seasonal or holiday-themed products
- VIP sale tees
- Local High School tees
- DTF transfers
- Items discounted 30% or more
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number so we can assist you.
We will review the issue and, if verified, offer either store credit or a replacement.
Order Cancellations
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
Meowik is not responsible for lost packages after they have been marked as “Delivered” by USPS.ansit with USPS, please reach out to your local USPS to locate the package and/or to start a claim.
