Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If your order is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the carrier.

For U.S. orders, you may also contact USPS with your tracking number for additional delivery information.

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays that are outside our control.
