Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that this is separate from the shipping time.
Large orders (5+ items) or wholesale orders may require additional processing time.
Shipping Time
- Domestic (USA): Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days after processing.
- International: Shipping times vary by destination and may take longer due to customs or carrier delays.
We primarily ship via USPS, and actual delivery times depend on the postal carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.
Incorrect Address
Meowik is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will issue store credit for the item(s) only.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for incorrect address submissions.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Meowik is not liable for lost or delayed packages once the item has been handed over to USPS or the designated shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived:
- Please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
- We are unable to expedite or reroute shipments after they leave our warehouse.
We may offer store credit on a case-by-case basis for lost items. Refunds will not be issued once a package shows “Delivered” by the carrier.
International Orders
Customs processing times may delay international deliveries. Meowik is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred by international shipments.
